I believe technology has real value only when it gives people independence, dignity, and equal opportunity.
I am Vahid Rajablou — an entrepreneur, disability advocate, TEDx speaker, and founder of projects such as Hamito, Tavanito, and Ersalito. My work focuses on building accessible technologies, empowering people with disabilities, and creating tools that make everyday life more human-centered and independent.
Living with SMA and severe physical limitations has shaped the way I see the world. Instead of viewing disability as the end of creativity, leadership, or impact, I chose to turn my lived experience into motivation for innovation and social change. This journey led me toward assistive technology, digital accessibility, and storytelling around the real experiences of people with disabilities — where technology becomes more than a tool; it becomes a bridge to freedom, connection, and participation.
Over the years, I have launched multiple projects in technology, communication, and social empowerment while also creating content about independence, accessibility, assistive technology, and the challenges people with disabilities face in everyday life. I was also internationally recognized as a nominee for the JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World, an experience that further strengthened my global vision and mission.
Today, my goal is not only to build products, but to help shape a world that is more accessible, inclusive, and human for everyone.
